I would recommend Tor View to my friends and family. I like the kid friendly zone and it’s a very clean environment. It is a friendly and safe area with nice activities for the kids. This past summer the Tor View staff hosted movie nights and bbq’s. I was also given a gift basket and pizza when I moved in. I really like the playground area and the dog play area as well.
